• The sponsorship is displayed in the programme, is announced during the event - and the sponsor is invited to present the trophies if they so desire.
• Sponsors are encouraged to upload their logos for inclusion in the programme - may be supplied separately if preferred.
• Preferred discipline for the awarded prize can be chosen - or left to the discretion of the committee.
• While sponsorships are encouraged at any time the committee would ask sponsors to try to complete the appropriate details and payments by  30th April so that full sponsors details can be included in the printed programme.

RT - Regular Sponsorship (Trophies) - multiples of $50

The Sponsor can choose multiples of $50 for sponsorship of single  (regular ) events, one such sponsorship covering the trophies for a  single, trophied event.

RC - Regular Sponsorship (Cash or Group Trophies) - multiples of $100

The Sponsor can choose multiples of $100 for sponsorship of single  (regular ) events, one such sponsorship covering cash prizes for a  single cash prize event OR trophies for a group event.

SS - Special Sponsorship (Cash or Special Trophies) - multiples of $200

The Sponsor can choose multiples of $200 for sponsorship of single or group events, one such sponsorship covering cash or special trophy prizes for one event with special conditions.

SM -  Sponsorship  - Major (Cash ) - multiples of $500

The Sponsor can choose multiples of $500 for sponsorship of single or group events, one such sponsorship covering cash prizes for a  single major event, with prizes chosen appropriately for winners, runnerups and finalists as appropriate.

SX -  Sponsorship - SCHOLARSHIP - multiples of $1000

The Sponsor can choose to provide a scholarship to top performers in an individual event or a combination of events.

The sponsorship is displayed in the programme, is announced during the event - and the sponsor is invited to present the trophies if they so desire.

Business logos may be displayed in the programme - scholarship sponsors are encouraged to email it to the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. - but can supply it separately to the secretary if preferred.

Preferred discipline for the awarded scholarship can be chosen - or left to the discretion of the committee. 

The sponsor will be invited to discuss the terms and conditions of the scholarship with the eisteddfod and in particular with the convenor(s) of the associated disciplines.
