CATERING

1. "Evening Only" events DO NOT HAVE A MEAL BREAK.  Light refreshments only needed.
   
   • tea/coffee/water for the adjudicator and helpers as needed
   • sandwiches or similar finger food for adjudicator/accompanists
2. "All Day" events need
   • morning tea/coffee/water for the adjudicator and helpers as needed
   • lunch for the adjudicator, coordinator and other volunteer helpers in attendance at that time
   • afternoon tea/coffee/water for the adjudicator and helpers as needed
   • evening meal for the adjudicator, coordinator and other volunteer helpers in attendance at that time
3. Seniors session (afternoon or evening )  needs
   • sandwiches and other nibbles for adjudicator and helpers.
   • juice, tea, coffee available to the audience - gold coin donation
4. Committee meetings may need:
   • tea/coffee and light snacks following the meeting
5. Sales of food and drinks at dance events is subcontracted to other organizations
6. The Eisteddfod provides all crockery, cutlery etc. and reimburses any food purchases by the catering volunteers.
7. For incidental needs at an event (e.g milk, biscuits, etc.)cash may be taken from the admissions cash box ,  expenditure details to be left in the cash box.
